Goodbye & Adios to Summer! By Cowboy Lee Published: October 8, 2008

I greet you in the wonderful name of our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ! I always hesitate when I come to write a letter to loved ones and friends because heart felt affection and appreciation cannot be really communicated on paper. Sometimes love and gratitude are often better felt than told. You are very special to me. If anything worthwhile or lasting was accomplished this year at our Cowboy Lee Ministries (Reunion; Trail Ride; Steer Roping and Evangelism Seminar; Adventure Camps and Adult Retreat) - - - it was largely because of you. I am so thankful. Read More...

"Well," I said to myself, "It's over!" "The trail ride is over!"
It was a once in a lifetime experience -- a dream and a purpose fulfilled! To have experienced this fleeting and precious moment in life was wonderful but, to have experienced it with your companionship and partnership begs for words to explain my emotions of praise. However, part of me is left feeling a bit melancholy - knowing that it will probably never be repeated. At the same time, I am joyful in spirit knowing that together we have accomplished something worthwhile. Who knows what eternity will reveal because we dared to believe that God had called us to work for the salvation and growth of "wanna-be" cowboys and cowgirls at our Cowboy Camps? Read More...

The Colorado "Trail Ride" is over but the memories will linger for the rest of my life. I know that I am speaking for all the 25 "Saddle Tramps" that joined me on the trail. They all have a story to tell. I'll try to relay their story and the financial and spiritual fruit of our labors to you in the near future and throughout the summer too! What a wonderful and fruitful ride it has been! Read More...
Trail Riders' Progress Update By Cowboy Lee Published: April 15, 2008

I have no greater joy than to preach the gospel. By God’s grace, He has honored our vision and sacrifices over the years and given us souls for our hire. Some people are called and empowered to do the Lord’s work in normal and traditional ways. Others, like me, take a different approach - though I have never sought or desired to be different in the way I do ministry but from time to time I have deviated from the “beaten path.” I guess this anticipated trail ride and my Cowboy Camps and will qualify as “a little different” kind of adventure for God. I seek His blessing and your partnership with me is both needed and appreciated. May God give us the desires of our heart. Read More...
